Sophie Levy A'H Meals on Wheels, located in Woodside, NY, is dedicated to providing nutritious, home-cooked meals to families in need for up to two weeks on a short-term basis, available from Monday to Friday. Our heartfelt service encompasses not only the delivery of gourmet meals prepared daily by caring volunteer chefs, but also friendly visits to foster connections and support within the community. Each Erev Shabbat, our devoted volunteers add a special touch by baking challah and desserts, ensuring that families receive both nourishment and a sense of warmth. We are here to serve those facing food insecurity, delivering not just meals but also kindness and compassion to our neighbors.
