Riis Academy After-School Program

Riis Academy After-School Program, located in Woodside, NY, is dedicated to nurturing the potential of youth from grades K-12 through engaging and enriching activities. Collaborating with local schools, families, and community leaders, we create a welcoming, supportive environment where children can thrive and explore their interests. Our comprehensive offerings include tutoring, homework assistance, STEM learning, arts education, college readiness resources, and a variety of extracurricular activities like field trips, community service, health services, cooking classes, and sports. With seven accessible campuses across western Queens, including two community centers and five schools, we are committed to providing quality, free after-school programming that not only equips students with essential skills but also helps them build friendships and confidence.
