Full Plate is a vibrant program based in Woodside, NY, dedicated to empowering young people with essential knowledge about food and nutrition. Through engaging food exploration and comprehensive nutrition education, we equip participants with valuable skills to prepare healthy snacks and foster a deeper understanding of the food source. Whenever feasible, our lessons are complemented by enriching farm visits, providing a hands-on experience that connects youth directly with agriculture, cooking, and the vital role of nutrition in their lives.
