Family Strengthening

At Family Strengthening, located in Whitestone, NY, we are dedicated to empowering families and individuals through a comprehensive range of services designed to reinforce family unity and resilience. Our Family Preservation Program connects parents and children with essential resources during times of crisis, helping communities across Central Harlem, Far Rockaway, Washington Heights, and Jamaica navigate challenges that threaten their stability. With a focus on individual and family therapy, as well as assistance with housing and employment, we ensure that families have access to the support they need. For over 20 years, our dedicated after-school programs have also been a cornerstone of our mission, providing safe, nurturing environments where children can thrive while their parents receive the assistance they deserve.
