Located in Whitestone, NY, the East New York Clubhouse offers a nurturing and empowering environment for adults living with mental illness. Our mission is to support members in achieving their life goals through a collaborative approach, where members and staff work together daily. We provide essential resources such as job placement assistance, affordable housing support, and health and wellness programs tailored to each individual's needs. Our education program encourages personal growth, enabling members to pursue academic opportunities. With home and community-based services available for those enrolled in Medicaid Managed Care, our care management team is dedicated to crafting personalized plans that address medical, behavioral, and social requirements, ensuring that every member feels valued and supported in their journey toward recovery and fulfillment.
