At The Center for Targeted Populations - Operation HOPE, we are dedicated to supporting Long Island veterans and their families by providing essential food assistance and supplies directly to their homes twice a week. Our caring team of volunteers and staff goes beyond just delivering groceries; we also offer vital information and referrals to connect veterans and active-duty military families with the benefits and services they need. Our mission is to ensure that those who have served our country, along with their loved ones, feel valued and supported during challenging times.
