Alix Rubinger Kosher Food Pantry

The Alix Rubinger Kosher Food Pantry, proudly operated by Congregation Beth Ohr, is dedicated to alleviating food insecurity in Westbury, NY, and the surrounding Nassau County area. Each month, we provide essential food assistance to families, treating every client with the dignity and respect they deserve. Our pantry allows families to shop for their own groceries with the support of our caring volunteers, fostering a sense of community and empowerment. Clients can visit us once a month and participate in an annual interview with our staff to ensure we understand their needs. Beyond emergency food provision, we aim to offer a supportive environment, including a listening ear and referrals to additional social services, helping families to navigate their challenges. Visit us every Monday and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. to access our pantry and find the support you need.
