Emergency Family Services Program (EFS)

The Emergency Family Services Program (EFS) of the Salvation Army in Webster, NY, is dedicated to providing immediate emergency assistance to households in crisis across Monroe County. Our compassionate team of social workers delivers holistic support through crisis case management, ensuring that families receive the help they need during difficult times. EFS offers a variety of essential services, including food assistance through supermarket vouchers and food bags, personal hygiene supplies, prescription assistance, bus passes for transportation, clothing assistance, and advocacy referrals to external agencies. We also provide crisis assessments and bilingual services to cater to diverse community needs. Families can register for additional Salvation Army programs like Project Bundle Up and Christmas Assistance, making it easier to access vital resources. We welcome those in need to visit our office during intake hours for application processing, available on a first-come, first-served basis, with our food pantry open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
