Located in Watertown, NY, the Pulaski Health Center is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered health care to the residents of Northern Oswego and Southern Jefferson County. Operated by Northern Oswego County Health Services, Inc. (NOCHSI), a privately funded non-profit, we are committed to making health care accessible to all. Our services include routine medical care for all family members, physical examinations, patient education, smoking cessation programs, and specialized care such as STD diagnosis, immunizations, and newborn care. We offer a sliding fee program to ensure that financial barriers do not prevent anyone from receiving the necessary medical attention. At NOCHSI, we believe in caring for our community by providing essential health services to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay.
