Veterans' Services

Veterans' Services in Wantagh, NY, is dedicated to supporting returning soldiers and their families as they readjust to life after service. Our Military Appreciation Tuesdays offer veterans and their families vital food assistance, personal care items, and resources on veteran-specific benefits at our pantries. We also provide a Mobile Pantry service that delivers emergency food directly to homebound and disabled veterans who are unable to access local resources. Our VetsWork program is designed to empower veterans with essential job skills, including résumé writing and job search support, alongside valuable volunteer and training opportunities. We warmly invite veterans in our community to connect with us and explore all available resources tailored to their needs.
