Located in Wantagh, NY, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance tailored specifically for individuals facing dysphagia. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for low-income individuals by offering access to vital resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
