Harvest to Haven

Harvest to Haven is dedicated to alleviating food insecurity in Springfield Gardens, NY, by offering vital food assistance sourced from surplus crops purchased directly from local farmers. Our program is committed to providing nourishing food to families in need, particularly those affected by the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. We invite residents to join us for our weekly food distribution events held at East Side House Settlement community centers, where everyone is welcome on a first-come, first-served basis. Each family is eligible for one food package, and we encourage visitors to bring their own carts or bags and to wear masks for everyone's safety. Together, we strive to nourish our community and ensure no one goes hungry.
