Mobile Food Pantry - Rufus King Park

Located in South Richmond Hill, NY, the Mobile Food Pantry at Rufus King Park aims to alleviate hunger and empower individuals facing material hardship by providing crucial food assistance. As part of The River Fund's commitment to understanding the complexities of poverty, we recognize that access to food, shelter, and dignity are fundamental needs for all. Our pantry serves a diverse community, offering emergency food resources to low-income families, single parents, senior citizens, unemployed individuals, disabled veterans, and anyone grappling with food insecurity. We welcome all individuals, regardless of race, color, or religion, to receive groceries tailored to their household size. Our pantry operates on the first and third Tuesday of each month, with varying hours: from 9 AM to 11 AM on the first Tuesday and from 11 AM to 1 PM on the third Tuesday.
