New Beginnings Teen Parenting Program

Located in South Ozone Park, NY, the New Beginnings Teen Parenting Program, part of the J-CAP organization, is dedicated to empowering young mothers on their journey towards independence and self-sufficiency. Our mission is to provide emotional support and practical tools that enable pregnant and parenting teens to thrive. We encourage our participants to remain in school, pursue their General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or continue their education in college, while equipping them with essential life skills. Our comprehensive services include access to community-based GED instruction, social and life skills training, assistance with school homework, nutritional education, parenting and homemaking skills, and career planning. We believe in fostering resilience and self-reliance in every young mother we serve, guiding them towards a brighter future.
