First Stop Food Pantries

First Stop Food Pantries in Smithtown, NY, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals and families facing hunger. Our emergency food pantries offer up to five days' worth of nutritious food, ensuring that everyone can meet their basic needs during challenging times. We also connect our clients to vital resources, including information on the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Child Health Plus, WIC, and various forms of assistance for heating, utilities, employment, and mortgage support. To maintain a safe environment for our staff and limited volunteers, we facilitate service for six families at a time and manage waiting room occupancy.
