Arc of Monroe County

The Arc of Monroe County has been dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for over 65 years in the Rochester community. Focused on enhancing the quality of life for more than 1,400 individuals and their families, The Arc provides essential services like supported employment, residential living, and individualized day program options. With 40 locations across Monroe County, it addresses critical community needs by promoting social development and vocational training through initiatives like ArcWorks and the Job Path Program. Funded partly by the NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, The Arc ensures that every individual receives innovative and meaningful support tailored to their unique needs.
