In Ronkonkoma, NY, the Nutrition Education & Food Services Program is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals living with HIV/AIDS through targeted food assistance and nutrition education. Recognizing the ongoing impact of the AIDS epidemic on minority and low-income communities, our organization offers a free food pantry and home-delivered meal service specifically designed to provide nutritious food to those in need. As the only food pantry in Nassau County focused on this population, we empower individuals by teaching them essential skills for maintaining their health while collaborating with local hospitals to ensure they receive vital medical care.
