MOVE! Weight Management Program in Rochester, NY is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected with tailored weight management solutions that meet their unique needs. MOVE! offers a variety of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-management. For Veterans who continue to face challenges with weight, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
