Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals designed to foster a safe and supportive environment for participants to enjoy nutritious meals together. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals are encouraged to attend as frequently as their schedule allows. Each session is facilitated by experienced nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, all of whom are working towards their Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) certification.
