Women, Infants, Children (WIC)

Located in Ridgewood, NY, the Women, Infants, Children (WIC) program is dedicated to improving the health and nutrition of low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, as well as infants and young children up to age five. Our mission is to provide essential food assistance, nutrition education workshops led by experienced nutritionists, and breastfeeding support designed to empower families. Participants have access to eWIC cards for purchasing healthy foods, alongside valuable referrals to additional resources, including SNAP, health insurance, and local medical and dental providers. By focusing on comprehensive nutrition support, we strive to create a healthier future for our community's children and their families, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
