MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Ridgewood, NY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran under our care is screened annually for obesity and connected to tailored weight management services that suit their individual needs. We offer a variety of support options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician contact. Additionally, Veterans can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management, and we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges despite previous efforts.
