Located in Richmond Hill, NY, the East New York Clubhouse fosters a nurturing environment for adults living with mental illness, empowering them to achieve their personal goals. By promoting collaboration between members and staff, the Clubhouse creates a unique community where individuals can thrive through mutual support. Our program offers vital services including job search assistance, pathways to affordable housing, health and wellness initiatives, and a supported education program that encourages members to pursue or resume their studies. Additionally, we provide tailored home and community-based services for Medicaid Managed Care members, alongside comprehensive care management that holistically addresses medical, behavioral, and social needs.
