Women, Infants, Children (WIC)

Located in Rego Park, NY, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, as well as infants and children up to age five. Our mission is to provide comprehensive food assistance through nutrition education sessions led by experienced WIC nutritionists, ensuring families receive guidance on healthy eating and physical activity. We also offer essential breastfeeding support and the convenience of eWIC cards, enabling families to purchase nutritious foods. Beyond nutrition, we facilitate vital referrals to services such as SNAP, health insurance, medical and dental care, and childcare, helping families access a network of resources that promote overall health and stability. To participate in WIC, please have your doctor complete the WIC Medical Referral Form, which you can obtain through our outreach or local health services.
