Family Strengthening

Located in Queens Village, NY, the Family Strengthening Program, part of the Harlem Dowling-West Side Center for Children and Family Services, is dedicated to educating, supporting, and empowering families during times of crisis. We understand the challenges that can threaten family unity, and our comprehensive services are designed to strengthen familial bonds and promote resilience. Our program provides crucial resources like individual and family therapy, as well as assistance with housing and employment, all aimed at ensuring families can thrive. With over 20 years of experience, we also offer enriching after-school services that foster a safe and supportive environment for children, helping them build a brighter future while maintaining family stability in Central Harlem, Far Rockaway, Washington Heights, and Jamaica.
