Services for People with Developmental Disabilities, located in Port Chester, NY, is dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing them with safe, nurturing environments across our 16 residential programs, including 15 Individualized Residential Alternatives and 1 Intermediate Care Facility. Our homes, situated throughout Westchester and Rockland Counties and the Bronx, ensure round-the-clock care from our well-trained, compassionate staff. In addition to our residential services, we offer day habilitation programs that promote health, well-being, social engagement, and a wide range of recreational activities. Our commitment extends to over 80 individuals through Medicaid Service Coordination, where our dedicated coordinators ensure tailored support that meets personal needs and aspirations. Furthermore, we empower our community through our Self-Advocacy program, encouraging each individual to voice their own needs and support their peers, fostering a culture of independence and mutual respect.
