Interfaith Food Shelf

The Interfaith Food Shelf in Plattsburgh, NY, is dedicated to providing vital food assistance to those facing hunger and food insecurity. Operated by the Plattsburgh United Methodist Church, we offer immediate emergency food relief, supplying three days' worth of food to individuals and families up to six times a year, as needed. Beyond our food pantry services, we strive to enhance nutritional awareness to help community members make informed food choices. We also actively engage in advocacy efforts to raise awareness of hunger issues and push for meaningful changes in government policy. Our mission is grounded in compassion and practicality, as we work together to foster a healthier, more informed community.
