The Center for Targeted Populations - Operation HOPE is dedicated to providing vital food assistance and essential supplies directly to the doors of veterans and their families in Patchogue, NY, twice a week. Our compassionate team of volunteers and staff works tirelessly to not only deliver emergency food but also to connect veterans and active-duty military families with critical resources, benefits, and services that support their well-being.
