Island Heart Food Pantry is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to families and individuals in Patchogue, NY. Open every Wednesday and Thursday from 3:00 to 4:30 PM, we invite clients to visit every other week to select from a range of nutritious items designed to support their well-being. Our mission is to combat food insecurity in our community by ensuring that everyone has access to emergency food services in a welcoming and respectful environment.
