Early Head Start

Early Head Start in Patchogue, NY, is dedicated to fostering the growth and development of low-income infants, toddlers, and their families, including expectant mothers. Our mission centers on providing comprehensive child development and family support services that are early, continuous, and intensive. We offer a variety of program options tailored to each family's needs. Our Center-Based services deliver enriching early learning experiences in a nurturing educational environment, complemented by at least two annual home visits from our caring staff. For families who prefer a more personalized approach, our Home-Based services include weekly visits where our home visitors engage with children and guide parents in supporting their child's development. We also provide Family Child Care services in a warm and nurturing home setting, as well as Combination services that seamlessly blend both home and center experiences. Our programs address essential areas such as nutrition, health and safety, mental health, pregnancy, and child development.
