Located in Ozone Park, NY, Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center is dedicated to providing comprehensive Pediatric Services for infants, children, and adolescents. Our mission is to support parents through every stage of their child's development, from essential well baby care and immunizations to adolescent medicine and nutritional counseling. We also assist with school, camp, and working papers, as well as conduct annual physicals to ensure your child’s health and readiness for various activities. Understanding the importance of accessible healthcare, our services are available through Medicaid, Medicare, and Managed Care Providers, with a sliding scale fee offered for uninsured or underinsured families. We are here to guide you and your child with care and compassion, ensuring every child receives the best health services they deserve.
