Harvest to Haven, located in Ozone Park, NY, is dedicated to providing crucial food assistance to families in need. By sourcing surplus crops directly from local farmers, we ensure that vulnerable populations facing food insecurity receive the nutrition they desperately require. Our weekly food distribution events take place at East Side House Settlement community centers, where we offer a range of emergency food packages on a first-come, first-served basis. We invite families to visit us with their own carts or bags, while adhering to safety protocols like mask-wearing. Together, we are working to alleviate hunger and promote well-being in our community during challenging times.
