Located in Ozone Park, NY, East New York Clubhouse is dedicated to creating a supportive community for adults facing mental health challenges. We empower our members to achieve their personal goals by working collaboratively in a nurturing environment. Our services include job placement assistance, resources for affordable housing, health and wellness programs, and educational support aimed at helping individuals pursue or resume their studies. Additionally, we offer home and community-based services for those enrolled in Medicaid Managed Care, along with personalized care management to address each member's unique medical, behavioral, and social needs.
