White Plains Community Action Program (WPCAP)

Located in Ossining, NY, the White Plains Community Action Program (WPCAP) is dedicated to combating poverty and providing essential services to our community's most vulnerable residents, including the emerging immigrant population and families living at or below the poverty line.
