Food Pantry

Located in Oakland Gardens, NY, the Food Pantry of the West Side Campaign Against Hunger is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to low-income families and individuals across all five boroughs of New York City. Our mission is to combat hunger by offering access to nutritious emergency food, including fresh fruits and vegetables, with each visitor receiving about 32 lbs of wholesome provisions to support their household for three days. Clients can visit once a month and are encouraged to bring bags or carts for transporting their food. For first-time visitors, we ensure a welcoming experience, guiding them through a brief intake process to better understand their needs and help them access the resources they deserve.
