Richard Karpe is a highly experienced Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, specializing in helping teens and adults navigate their emotional and mental health challenges. With over 30 years of practice in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis in New York City, Richard understands that each individual is unique and deserves to be listened to with empathy and without judgment. He emphasizes the importance of exploring the reasons that keep clients feeling trapped in their lives, whether due to trauma, anxiety, depression, or self-esteem issues.
