Hallie Boas is a licensed psychotherapist, sociocultural anthropologist, and community organizer dedicated to supporting adults and elders in their mental health journeys. With a rich background in community organizing and thorough training as a counselor, she assists individuals in managing stressors, understanding thought and behavioral patterns, establishing healthy boundaries, and regulating emotions.
