Hallie Boas

Hallie Boas is a licensed psychotherapist, sociocultural anthropologist, and community organizer dedicated to supporting adults and elders in their mental health journeys. With a rich background in community organizing and thorough training as a counselor, she assists individuals in managing stressors, understanding thought and behavioral patterns, establishing healthy boundaries, and regulating emotions. As an EMDR trained clinician, Hallie employs a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, feminist therapy, mindfulness, and somatic therapies. Hallie specializes in treating trauma, C-PTSD, PTSD, relationship issues, co-dependency, and encompasses an array of relevant topics such as queer invisibility, parent/child adult relationships, climate anxiety, and neurodiversity. She has a passion for working with activists, organizers, artists, healers, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Hallie’s purpose as a therapist is to help individuals accept all parts of themselves and transform their inner knowing into conviction and purpose. She believes that each person inherently possesses what is needed to heal and thrive and serves as a compassionate guide in her clients' journeys.
