Bethany Restrepo

Bethany Restrepo is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist who finds it a true honor to listen to the stories of those she works with, guiding them toward freedom and wholeness. This holistic approach supports her mission to enhance the well-being of her clients. Bethany specializes in treating eating disorders, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, and grief/loss, and possesses a wealth of experience working with children, adolescents, individuals, and families faced with crisis intervention and emotional or behavioral concerns. Utilizing a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic theory, along with creative arts and play therapy, Bethany tailors her therapeutic methods to suit the unique needs of each client.
