Located in New Hyde Park, NY, Veterans' Services is dedicated to addressing the unique needs of returning soldiers and their families as they transition back to civilian life. We offer vital food assistance through our Military Appreciation Tuesdays, where veterans and their families can access not only emergency food supplies but also personal care items, household products, and resources related to veteran-specific benefits. Our Mobile Pantry initiative delivers nutritious groceries directly to homebound and disabled veterans, ensuring they receive the support they require. Additionally, our VetsWork program provides essential job skills support, including assistance with cover letters, résumé writing, and job search strategies, along with opportunities for real workplace experience through volunteering and training. We are committed to serving those who have served us and are here to help veterans navigate the path to a successful reintegration into their communities.
