New York State Early Intervention Program (EIP)

The New York State Early Intervention Program (EIP) in Mount Vernon is dedicated to supporting infants and toddlers under three who may be experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. We provide a comprehensive range of essential services including family education and counseling, special instruction, and various therapeutic support such as speech pathology, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. Our caring professionals also offer psychological services, nursing assistance, nutrition guidance, social work support, vision services, and access to assistive technology.
