Women, Infants, Children (WIC)

Located in Middle Village, NY, the Women, Infants, Children (WIC) program is dedicated to enhancing the health and nutrition of low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, as well as infants and young children up to age five. Our mission is to provide vital food assistance and comprehensive nutrition education that empowers families to make healthy choices. Participants benefit from nutrition sessions led by experienced WIC nutritionists, personalized breastfeeding support, and the convenience of eWIC cards for purchasing nutrient-rich foods. Additionally, we facilitate referrals to essential services such as SNAP, health insurance, and healthcare providers, ensuring families have access to the wide range of support they may need. For enrollment, a WIC Medical Referral Form must be completed by your physician, available at our locations.
