Family Strengthening

Family Strengthening, located in Middle Village, NY, is dedicated to empowering individuals and families through vital support and educational services. Our Family Strengthening Program, part of the Harlem Dowling-West Side Center for Children and Family Services, offers crucial resources to help families navigate crises that can jeopardize their stability. Through comprehensive services that include individual and family therapy, as well as assistance with housing and employment, we work tirelessly to ensure families remain intact and resilient. Additionally, for over 20 years, we have provided enriching after school programs, serving communities across Central Harlem, Far Rockaway, Washington Heights, and Jamaica. Together, we create a strong safety net for parents and children in need.
