Located in Merrick, NY, Veterans' Services is dedicated to supporting returning soldiers and their families as they adapt to civilian life. We understand the unique challenges faced by veterans and provide essential food assistance through our Military Appreciation Tuesdays, where veterans can access emergency food, personal care items, and valuable resources concerning veteran-specific benefits. Our Mobile Pantry program ensures that homebound and disabled veterans receive nutritious groceries directly at their homes. Additionally, we offer VetsWork, a program designed to enhance job skills and assist veterans in their job search through resume writing and hands-on training opportunities. Together, we strive to empower our heroes while fostering a strong sense of community.
