At Veterans' Services in Merrick, NY, we are dedicated to supporting our returning soldiers and their families as they navigate the transition from military life to civilian life. Our Military Appreciation Tuesdays allow veterans and their families to access essential food assistance, personal care items, and household products at our pantries, along with resources related to veteran-specific benefits. For those who are homebound or disabled, our Mobile Pantry ensures that nutritious groceries are delivered directly to their doors, making food access simple and reliable. Additionally, our VetsWork program is designed to help veterans develop job skills, create impactful résumés, and find meaningful employment through training and volunteer opportunities. We are committed to uplifting our veteran community and providing the critical services they need.
