Free Meals

At Free Meals in Maspeth, NY, we believe that everyone deserves access to nutritious food, which is why we proudly offer three complimentary meals every day to all New Yorkers. Our program is designed to serve the community with more than 400 Meal Hubs throughout the city, operating at convenient hours—serving children and families from 7:30 am to 11:30 am and adults from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. We provide a welcoming environment where no one will be turned away; anyone can pick up three meals at a time. Our offerings include vegetarian options at all locations, as well as halal and kosher choices at select sites. While meals must be consumed off-premises due to limited dining space, parents and guardians are welcome to collect meals for their children without any need for registration or identification.
