Veterans' Services in Long Beach, NY, is dedicated to supporting our brave men and women in uniform as they transition from military life to civilian community. We recognize the unique challenges faced by veterans and their families and offer a variety of essential services to meet their needs. Our Military Appreciation Tuesdays provide veterans and their families with access to emergency food assistance, personal care items, and household products at our local food pantry, along with vital information on veteran-specific benefits. We also operate a Mobile Pantry, delivering nutritious groceries directly to homebound and disabled veterans. Our VetsWork program equips veterans with critical job skills, including cover letter and résumé writing, and offers real-world experience through volunteer opportunities. We invite all veterans and their families to join us in our community outreach initiatives designed to foster support and connection.
