At SNAP-Ed NY, part of Cornell Cooperative Extension - Erie County, we are dedicated to empowering low-income adults and youth in Lockport, NY, through our comprehensive Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Education Program (SNAP-Ed). Our mission focuses on fostering healthier lifestyles by providing free nutrition and health education that encourages the adoption of nutritious food choices and increased physical activity. We offer a range of valuable services, including nutrition education, health education, food shopping guidance, food safety tips, and practical support with meal planning and preparation.
