Nutrition Education & Food Services Program

Located in Lindenhurst, NY, the Nutrition Education & Food Services Program is dedicated to supporting individuals living with HIV/AIDS through vital nutrition education and food assistance. Recognizing the ongoing impact of the AIDS epidemic on Long Island, particularly among minority and low-income communities, our program addresses the urgent need for access to nutritious food and health resources. As the only food pantry in Nassau County specifically designed for individuals with HIV/AIDS, we provide essential services including a free food pantry and home-delivered meal options that prioritize health and well-being. Our caring staff focus on empowering participants with the knowledge and skills needed to maintain good health while collaborating with local hospitals to ensure that our clients remain connected to necessary medical care.
