Diabetes Education Program

Additionally, our Diabetes Nurse Educators are here to help you understand your diabetes, master the use of blood glucose meters, navigate medications and insulin, and learn risk-reduction techniques. We also offer engaging Diabetes Self-Management Classes, consisting of a four-part series that not only educates but also fosters community among participants, allowing you to connect with others facing similar challenges. These classes are open to the community and are offered in both the Spring and Fall, making it easier than ever to access vital resources and support.
