Addabbo Family Health Center in Jamaica, NY, we proudly offer comprehensive Pediatric Services designed to support infants, children, and adolescents through every stage of their development. Our dedicated team provides essential care including well-baby visits, immunizations, adolescent medicine, and nutritional counseling, ensuring that parents receive the guidance they need from early childhood through adolescence. We also assist families with the necessary school, camp, and working papers, as well as annual physicals. Understanding the diverse needs of our community, we accept Medicaid, Medicare, and Managed Care Provider plans, and we offer a sliding scale fee for uninsured or underinsured individuals and families.
