The Center for Targeted Populations - Operation HOPE

The Center for Targeted Populations - Operation HOPE is dedicated to serving the heroes of our community by providing essential food assistance and supplies directly to the homes of Long Island veterans and their families twice a week. In addition to delivering emergency food, our dedicated team of volunteers and staff works diligently to connect veterans and military families with vital information and referrals for benefits and services tailored to their unique needs, particularly for those with active duty personnel stationed overseas. We aim to ensure that our veterans and their families receive the support and resources necessary to thrive in Huntington, NY.
